Mladen Stoev has more than 20 years of experience in all branches of the Food & Beverage and Hospitality. He is Advanced Sommelier as designated by the Court of Master Sommeliers, and has been cultivating this love and knowledge of wine for many years. Mladen has a background in fine dining, catering, banquets, high-end clubs and hotels, in addition to wine and beverage management and sales. He is currently honored to be the Commandeur of the Chevaliers du Tastevin, Intendant des Caves (Cellar Master) and member of the Chapter of Commanderie de Bordeaux in Naples, Florida.
